These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access and use of WellGrow's programs, products, and services. By accessing or purchasing any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By using our services, you agree to these Terms, our Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, and any other applicable conditions. Users must be at least 18 years of age. Purchasing or using WellGrow materials gives you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license for personal use only.
All content, designs, graphics, and materials are the property of WellGrow, its affiliates, or licensors, protected under copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
You agree not to share, copy, or distribute our content; use materials to generate income without permission; or modify, reproduce, or transmit materials without express consent.
All fees must be paid as agreed. We offer a 14-day refund policy with less than 25% completion of purchased material, minus third-party processing fees. Payment plan obligations must be fulfilled in full.
WellGrow is not liable for damages, losses, or service interruptions resulting from use of our services. All services are provided as-is without warranties.
Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with American Arbitration Association rules. These Terms include a waiver of your right to file a lawsuit.
