The path to Wellgrow wasn't planned. It was earned.
2013
University. First year. First business.
Most 19-year-olds are figuring out a major. Simeon launched his first online business. No playbook, no funding — just the conviction that waiting for permission was a waste of time. That first venture made him operational. He learned how leads move, how sales conversations work, and how fast an opportunity dies when nobody picks up the phone.
2014–2023
100+ clients. 25 countries. 30 markets.
What started as freelance work became a full-scale digital marketing agency serving over 100 B2B clients across 25 countries. He managed a team of 30 sales reps conducting 3,000+ one-on-one consultations. The pattern was always the same: speed kills. Silence kills faster.
2018–2023
Right hand to the CEO. $5B company.
Five years working alongside the CEO of a $5 billion global company. At that scale, he saw the infrastructure that moves millions — the phone systems, follow-up sequences, conversion architecture. He also saw the gap: enterprise companies had these systems. Small businesses didn't.
2024
Sold the business. Started asking the real question.
Simeon sold his brick-and-mortar business and moved to Bangkok. He kept coming back to the same question: Why are businesses still losing $50,000–$400,000 a year to calls that nobody answers? The technology to fix it finally existed. The products built on it didn't — not for the businesses that needed it most.
